Our kickboxing program is not just for professionals and amateur athletes, it is for any individual who would like to get into excellent shape and develop practical skills.  Our team is dedicated to teaching training techniques that motivate, while developing functional skills and superb physical fitness and conditioning at the same time.

Stage 1:	
At the start, you will learn the fundamental techniques of punching, kicking, footwork, and combinations to develop strength and flexibility with a variety of conditioning exercises.  You will develop timing and speed with the many different heavy bag and target training drills.  The focus at this stage is development of professional technique, endurance, muscle strength and flexibility.  There is no sparring contact at this stage.

Stage 2:	
As you progress to stage 2, you will learn interactive offensive and defensive sparring drills with a partner to develop timing, coordination, reaction skills, instinct and confidence.  Practitioners will understand the mental and physical strength it takes to become a fighter.

Stage 3:	
At stage 3, you will begin freestyle sparring, bringing all the physical and mental training into play.  You will use strategies that it takes to win in a fighting sport.  Practitioners will feel the true inner strength of a warrior.
